A specially designed tie-down system for vehicles producing extremely hi- torque. Pulling directly down on the rear axel has proven to be the best way to restrain hi-torque rear wheel drive vehicles and provides maximum traction on the rollers. It is also an added safety feature to restrain the vehicle on the dynamometer during testing.
